MYOFASCIAL THERAPY TECHNIQUES:

EXERCISE REHAB:
For some pain syndromes, specific exercises done immediately post treatment can maximize the therapeutic benefit and provide longer lasting results. Most exercises can be adapted for home use with minimal or no equipment.
LUMBAR TRACTION
Spinal Traction is a gentle and effective approach to low back pain. The decompressive forces help to relief pressure on the discs and intervertebral joints.
SPINAL MANIPULATIVE THERAPY
Many different forms of light-force adjustments are available for those who are not comfortable with manipulation. Chiropractic has shown itself to be safe and effective for all ages.
FLEXION DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE:
Flexion-Distraction technique helps to isolate the decompression to one side of the spine. Most useful for disc bulges.

This patient was on his way to work one morning when an oncoming vehicle drifted into his lane. The driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit him head-on. The patient suffered a broken sternum and required home visits for initial re-hab.
There are many reasons why an accident victim may have trouble getting to a clinic for treatment. Dr. Barzo offers one-hour home visits in New Tecumseth and surrounding areas. These visits can include all electrotherapy and laser treatments, gentle progressive stretching and exercises, acupuncture, manipulation, and soft tissue treatments.
All paperwork is done for you, and all charges are paid by your insurance company. My goal is to make the rehab process as simple and stress-free as possible.
